Dario Tomljenović is the founder of RE·VINEUS and a recognised authority in commercial real estate and flexible workspace advisory across Croatia and the Adriatic region. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality and client advisory services, he brings a rare combination of global corporate expertise and deep local market knowledge.
His career spans senior leadership at world-class organisations including IWG plc and Regus — the global leader in flexible workspace — where he led market development across Croatia, as well as 108 Real Estate, where he served as Managing Director. This experience places him at the intersection of traditional real estate and the rapidly evolving flex office sector.
Dario has worked directly with global clients including Google, Amazon, Autodesk, and Expedia — understanding first-hand how leading organisations evaluate, negotiate, and occupy workspace at scale. This perspective shapes every mandate RE·VINEUS takes on.
